Sydney Walters is a Los Angeles based artist/writer specializing in feminism. She received her BFA from Biola University in La Mirada, California and is currently an MFA candidate at Claremont Graduate University.
Her work explores the paradoxical roles of women's authority and freedom within spiritual landscapes. By reassigning meaning to works in art history, she combats female objectification and feminist apathy.
Sydney's work has been exhibited in Los Angeles, New York and Orange County. She is also a regular contributor to art magazines.
She currently lives in Los Angeles, where you can find her in the nearest coffee shop.
